De-Inking Agents:
Lots of printed paper contain variety of dyes and pigmented coatings and these impose difficulty when paper is recycled as they cause undesired colouration to pulp.

De-inking agent sare used to remove undersired dye / pigmented coatings from fibre and produce clear pulp.

Slime Control Agents:
Undesired odour imparting bacteria like E-Coil and Pseudomonas, develop in paper, pulp processing due to microbial spoilage of biodegradable substances like rosin, casein, starch, PVA and spores containing substances like fillers and gums. Slime control agents controls micro-organisms development and reduce slime meriace.
